I’m pleased to invite you to a unique session, “Yoga Nidra – The Art of Relaxation.”
This practice is accessible to everyone since it doesn’t require any physical postures or movement. You can do Yoga Nidra while lying on a mat or sitting in a chair. It’s suitable for all, regardless of physical ability, age, or yoga experience. It’s especially beneficial for those dealing with stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, trauma recovery, chronic pain or illness, and for anyone seeking mental clarity and focus.
During the first half of the session, I’ll introduce you to the secrets of Yoga Nidra—its origins, philosophy, and how it works—while answering any questions you might have. In the second half, we’ll practice a full Yoga Nidra session together.
